In this class, we will explore a brief history of Zen and the essential elements of Zen practice to give participants a hands-on appreciation for this ancient tradition. Cancellation from the class must be received no later than the day prior to the start of class in order to receive a refund. The amount of refund of the registration fee will be less fees incurred (i.e. PayPal fees, etc.). Registration fees are not refundable on or after the class start date; however, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, the registration fee may be transferred to a future class. No refunds will be given for no-shows to class. In the event of a weather or other emergency impacting the Zen Center's ability to conduct the class, the registration fee will be refunded less any fees incurred.
