June 8, 10 am–3:30 pm
Together we will study Dogen Zenji’s Tenzo Kyōkun, or Instructions to the Cook. We will learn how to incorporate Zen principles into our meal preparation, whether we are making food at the Zen center or making food for ourselves and our families.
